As an artist, Katie Lee has always been interested in the female aura- bold, beautiful and bright. Her work tends to question themes of feminism and ‘girlpower’. Each piece takes a slightly surrealistic look at an aspect of being a woman in the 21st century; pairing a playful and childlike colour palette with a more meaningful undertone. At this years Winter Arts Market she will be displaying some of her artwork as well as cards and other trinkets to purchase.
