Janice Sharp began bookbinding after taking a course at the British Library. She is the first bookbinder to ever participate in the Winter Arts Market!
For her first WAM Janice will have a stall selling a variety of hand-bound books, journals, sketch books, photo albums, book marks and crafted boxes; in a variety of materials including recycled fabrics, leather, papers, and other vintage haberdashery ephemera, and specially bought materials such as hand made Khadi papers.
Janice uses Coptic and Japanese Stab binding techniques to give her work a unique look and feel.
