Handyman Brewery is a small, independent nano brewery run by Tricia O’Callaghan. She brews and bottles a wide variety of craft ales, sold in 330ml bottles which can be purchased individually or as a gift package of three or four beers, chosen by the customer. The core range includes IPA, pale ale, bitter, sour, red ale and porter, along with seasonal variations, all bottled and labelled by hand. Handyman Brewery’s latest beer is the result of a collaboration with the growers of a local allotment; producing a green hop beer.
A range of botanicals are used in the maceration process to give the gin its unique flavour; these include lemongrass, orange peel and cardamom seeds. It is available in two styles; London dry and oak rested, with the option of two sizes, 700ml or 50ml miniatures.
