Robynne Morris is a local small-batch producer, making functional ceramics in a home studio based in my cellar. Her ceramics are all stoneware, which is one of the most durable clay bodies to work with when fired to a high temperature, ensuring longevity and a high quality of products.
Robynne first trained in ceramics over 15 years ago in high school, continuing into college. She then took a long hiatus from ceramics and picked it up again within the last 5 years, studying at a night class in Liverpool before setting up a home studio.
The RMo style is contemporary, with a lot of neutral colours used, and whites and blues and a lot of inspiration from Scandinavian design and mid-century ceramics.
