MXANIMA is the project of best friends Ivy and Pete. They met in foundation art in 2007 as tiny emo art kids and most importantly GIANT NERDS. MXANIMA is their passion project, combining their favourite things; pop culture, cool art and sad emo sentiments. They strive to make art and apparel for the discerning nerd, who doesn’t want to be embarrassed by awkward artwork but wants to display their passions loud and proud.
