Luisco Chocolate Ltd hand makes and paints Belgian chocolates, creating treats that are completely unique depending on their flavouring or finish. Started in 2014 when founder Colette was on maternity leave, the business recently moved into new shop premises in Wigan.
Colette is entirely self-taught and learned all she knows from books and video tutorials! Her range includes mini slabs, bars, lollies, hot chocolate stirrers, bark, chocolate coated items (honeycomb, nuts, roasted coffee beans, caramels) and bonbons (truffles, caramels, pralines, fondants, cremes).
